• Prior experience in 3PL or logistics preferred
• Familiarity with routing guides required
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems preferred
• Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
• Excellent communication skills required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Prior routing experience with wholesalers required

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients
• Coordinate order routing
• Monitor order progress
• Submit routing requests
• Collaborate with warehouse staff
• Manage order exceptions
• Maintain records of client interactions
• Work with WMS Manager to streamline processes
