• Customer Success experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers for post-sale functions
• Act as a trusted collaborator for integration outcomes
• Manage customer success plans and escalations
• Create collateral for customer use
• Monitor industry trends
• Keep up to date with product enhancements
