Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as SQL Server DBA
• Expertise in performance tuning and optimization
• Experience with database replication and CDC
• Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery mechanisms

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server databases
• Perform performance tuning and optimization
• Analyze wait events and resolve performance issues
• Manage database replication strategies
• Implement Change Data Capture processes
• Monitor database health and respond to incidents
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Document database configurations and best practices
