Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of enterprise customers
• Own implementation lifecycle
• Build project plans and manage expectations
• Deliver high-touch onboarding experiences
• Track implementations and report KPIs
• Manage risks and timelines
• Document customer pain points
• Partner with Product and Engineering
