Requirements

• Degree in technical field or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies
• Experience with system integration technologies
• Good communication skills in English

• Monitor changes in Microsoft D365 Sales and Customer Insights
• Organize and share D365-related information
• Collaborate with departments to propose solutions
• Contribute to customer value support systems
• Maintain communication with IT experts
• Design architecture for Dynamics solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Support quality of proposed solutions
