• Experience hiring leadership roles
• Knowledge of HR analytics tools
• Understanding of US and Irish labor laws
• SHRM-CP or GPHR Certification a plus

• Support recruiting for leadership roles
• Leverage data for people strategies
• Create people analytics dashboards
