Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation workflows
• Deploy and manage AI agent workflows
• Set up automation bridges between tools
• Manage internal SOPs and documentation
• QA test automations and troubleshoot
• Launch workflows for outreach and lead routing
• Work with engineers to automate tasks
• Manage internal AI bots and integrations
