Requirements

• Experience with LLMs and NLP frameworks
• Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services
• At least 2 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Familiarity with MLOps tools
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers
• Drive the roadmap for ML projects
• Design and develop LLMs
• Architect scalable ML solutions using AWS
• Oversee the entire ML lifecycle
• Conduct code reviews
• Communicate progress to stakeholders
