Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in SAP systems
• Investigate and resolve ABAP dumps
• Manage and configure printers in SAP systems
• Administer SAP client setups
• Assist in basic SAP security tasks
• Manage and maintain databases
• Apply relevant SAP Notes
• Monitor and administer SAP background jobs
