Ideal candidate has 8+ years of HR experience in Biopharmaceutical industry and is fluent in Mandarin and English.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent
• 8+ years HR experience
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Experience in Biopharmaceutical industry
• Experience with SAP or similar HRIS

• Identify turnover trends
• Ensure compliance with laws
• Advise on employee relations
• Oversee onboarding/off-boarding
• Lead employee relations issues
• Identify training needs
