Role responsible for managing accounts receivable and billing for clients.

Ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or 3+ years of accounts receivable experience.

• Strong computer skills in Windows and Microsoft Office
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly accounts receivable and billing activities
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices and payments
• Handle billing functions for client portfolio
• Audit invoices for accuracy
• Address collection issues and payment inquiries
• Set up new customer accounts
• Prepare and reconcile customer account reports
• Support Finance Enablement Manager
