  • Experience with self-funded health plans and TPAs desirable

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver virtual training programs
  • Train employees on claims systems and processes
  • Identify training needs and develop curriculum
  • Communicate training progress to leadership
  • Create and maintain training materials
  • Conduct training needs assessments
  • Collaborate on policies and procedures
  • Lead ongoing training initiatives
