Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to SMB customers
  • Coordinate resolution of technical issues
  • Participate in software design lifecycle
  • Write clean, maintainable code
  • Act as technical liaison with vendors
  • Lead troubleshooting of complex issues
  • Collaborate on new feature development
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Plume platform
