  • Experience with cloud applications and REST APIs

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to SMB customers
  • Coordinate resolution of technical issues
  • Participate in software design lifecycle
  • Write clean, maintainable code
  • Act as technical liaison with vendors
  • Identify product enhancement opportunities
  • Lead diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate on new feature development
