Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Analytics
• 2+ years in FP&A leadership
• ACA/CIMA/CFA qualification or equivalent
• Expert in financial modeling
• Strong understanding of capital and liquidity requirements
• Ability to translate complex financial data into insights
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage quarterly budgeting and forecasting
• Develop complex financial models
• Provide analysis on financial performance
• Partner with VPs for growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory capital
• Support fundraising processes
• Mentor FP&A team members
• Embrace data and automation
