Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary concept team
• Mentor and inspire concept artists
• Collaborate with Art Director and Leads
• Create strong processes and scalable art workflows
• Inspire and motivate the team with personal craft
• Develop internal style guides and workflows
