Responsibilities

  • Optimize Salesforce and CRM platforms
  • Provide technical support for patient engagement technologies
  • Conduct user research and stakeholder engagement
  • Create process and data flow diagrams
  • Manage product backlog
  • Communicate status, priorities, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Support product rollout including user acceptance testing
  • Engage stakeholders across the product ecosystem
