• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years in Financial Services or Collections
• 2+ years in Customer service
• 1+ year familiarity with Pie's internal systems
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Self-directed and proactive
• Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier III customer inquiries
• Complete billing activities
• Monitor service level agreements
• Resolve complex billing issues
• Assist in training new hires
• Maintain knowledge of billing policies
• Complete miscellaneous duties
