Application Support Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in application support or technical support
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Proficiency in SQL and MySQL
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages
• Understanding of network protocols and REST APIs

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting
• Monitor system performance and manage incidents
• Develop and deliver training sessions
• Collaborate on application deployments
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base
• Identify process optimization areas
• Engage with customers for feedback
