• MD with board certification in Addiction Medicine
• Active licensure in at least one U.S. state
• Previous experience in digital health or telemedicine

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care via telehealth
• Prescribe and monitor Medication Assisted Treatment
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Educate patients about treatment plans
• Assist in developing clinical protocols
• Contribute to clinical excellence initiatives
