• Client-facing experience managing multiple relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer and reliable internet access
• Fluent in Spanish preferred
• 2 years case management experience preferred

• Create custom client plans
• Manage budgets and spending
• Project management
• Assist in accessing service providers
