• 7+ years of backend development experience
• 3+ years of production experience with Node.js
• Experience with TypeScript advantageous
• Strong understanding of user experience principles
• Proven track record in designing testing platforms
• Solid experience in data modeling and schema design with PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in deploying services using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
• Excellent communication skills in English
