• Strong technical knowledge in SQL and testing applications

Responsibilities

• Investigate apps removing PayJoy locks
• Manage contact with repair centers
• Provide technical training
• Maintain clerk registration
• Manage inventory of tablets
• Handle customer cancellations
• Maintain APN Sim card activations
• Troubleshoot technical issues
