Role involves supporting Norwegian-speaking clients while living in Greece.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English required
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to relocate to Greece

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients
• Address inquiries and resolve issues
• Document interactions in CRM
• Collaborate with team members
• Engage in training sessions
• Provide feedback to management
