• Customer-facing experience

• Good understanding of internet technologies
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs
• Basic understanding of Javascript
• Familiarity with SQL

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the PartnerStack platform
• Lead integration calls
• Train customers on the platform
• Execute integration process
• Conduct discovery of customer systems
• Work cross-functionally with teams
• Create a solid technical foundation
• Be primary contact during onboarding
