• Experience with AI Developer Productivity Tools
• Experience in Golang or Python

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering team
• Collaborate with Product and Data Science
• Manage software development and infrastructure
• Review code and architecture
• Align technical efforts with customer needs
• Guide design and deployment of data models
• Assess team capacity against business goals
• Lead key initiatives
