Radio Validation Team Leader

Overview

Role involves leading a team to validate RF systems and ensure compliance with standards.

Ideal candidate should have extensive experience in system testing and leadership in RF systems.

• Israel, Central, Kfar Saba

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a System tests engineer
• 2+ years as a Tech leader/Team Leader
• Experience with RF Systems
• Good knowledge of coding and scripting languages, such as Python
• Experience with CI/Nightly pipelines
• Knowledge of wireless communication test standards
• Experience with RF test equipment
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage team of Radio Validation engineers
• Design and execute advanced test procedures
• Analyze test results for performance issues
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues
• Work with design and quality teams
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring
