• Create and post job listings
• Manage and track candidates in ATS
• Learn and apply sourcing techniques
• Review resumes for candidate matching
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Assist in optimizing hiring processes
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers
• Full cycle recruiting for customer success team
