Overview

Director responsible for driving manufacturing activities and managing teams in a hybrid role.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing management, preferably in consumer electronics.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Supply Chain Manufacturing Management
• 5+ years managing Contract Manufacturers
• 7+ years managing prototype builds and mass production

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing activities and teams
• Drive NPI programs and manufacturing readiness
• Ensure quality and quantity in product deliveries
• Implement manufacturing automation solutions
• Develop strategic manufacturing plans
• Lead cross-functional collaboration
• Build and mentor a high-performing team
• Establish KPIs for manufacturing performance
