Responsible for onboarding restaurant partners using a consultative approach.

Ideal candidate has 1+ years in support or hospitality and experience training non-technical customers.

• Experience training non-technical customers
• Understanding of restaurant operations required

Responsibilities

• Guide restaurants through onboarding
• Configure OpenTable system
• Train restaurant staff
• Schedule training activities
• Deploy OpenTable RestRef widget
• Communicate task status
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Handle restaurant queue
