• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Manage billing and accounts receivable process
• Prepare and review invoices
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Develop strategies for billing improvement
• Coordinate with internal departments
• Prepare financial reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
