• 2+ years technical management experience
• Bachelor's in CS or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers
• Work with Product Management on product roadmap
• Empower teams for usability and reliability
• Recruit and mentor engineers
• Establish priorities and accountability
• Drive execution and delivery of product features
