Requirements

• BA or BFA in Art/Design required
• 6-8+ years in art direction and design
• 3+ years leading a team in a creative agency or internal group

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative leads on marketing briefs
• Develop creative ideas meeting project KPIs
• Ensure brand consistency across projects
