Responsibilities

  • Sort and organize daily emails
  • Handle membership admin tasks
  • Manage newsletters and email campaigns
  • Organize Google Drive files
  • Support magazine production
  • Track ad status and client follow-ups
  • Assist with social media scheduling
  • Document standard operating procedures
