• Fluency in German and English required

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Managed Security Services
• Lead project onboarding and transition
• Develop project plans for MDR services
• Act as central contact for delivery matters
• Handle customer escalations
• Collaborate with SOC management
• Provide insights for service quality improvement
• Align service delivery with client expectations
