Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an engineering team
• Own technical delivery of projects
• Conduct code reviews
• Oversee software architecture
• Improve development processes
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Design Lead
• Select and update technologies
• Be a hands-on contributor
