Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction for projects
• Mentor Associate Creative Directors
• Present RFP proposals to clients
• Manage project budgets
• Collaborate on creative concepts
• Identify and solve design problems
• Oversee multiple workstreams
• Ensure high-quality design output
