Staff Accountant (Corporate)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Desktop and Bill.com
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with journal entries
• Manage schedules for accruals and expenses
• Support month-end and year-end closing tasks
• Perform reconciliations
• Maintain records of costs and expenses
• Categorize bank account transactions
• Vendor reconciliation
• Ensure vendor invoices are processed
