Responsibilities

• Manage and improve QA programs
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations
• Lead Quality Assurance team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Prepare for regulatory inspections
• Develop and implement SOPs
• Monitor compliance metrics
• Provide coaching and mentoring
