• Strong time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client experience during implementation
• Coordinate data collection from clients
• Act as liaison between clients and providers
• Review plan adoption agreements
• Assist clients with plan inquiries
• Participate in weekly calls
• Set-up internal systems
• Perform work according to policies
