Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of ~40 accounts
  • Onboard new customers
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins
  • Analyze customer usage metrics
  • Monitor customer health metrics
  • Assist with Technical Support
  • Provide product feedback
