Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role

  • Deep familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary post-sale technical contact
  • Guide customers through onboarding and integration
  • Own resolution of complex technical issues
  • Track key health indicators and flag risks
  • Facilitate process improvements
