Requirements

• 2+ years leading an engineering team
• 6+ years as developer, tech lead, or architect
• 4+ years in Python, Java, Scala, or Go
• Strong system architecture knowledge
• Experience in building high-volume applications
• Proficiency with cluster technologies or streaming applications
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Amplification team
• Own end-to-end feature development
• Drive high-level projects
• Manage team roadmap and project execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders
• Research core technologies and integrate APIs
