• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience
• 5+ years in software development with ServiceNow Risk Management
• 3+ years in an architect role
• Strong experience with ITSM, GRC & SecOps modules
• Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST)
• Ability to create technical design documents
• Solid understanding of security frameworks
• Experience with discovery and requirements gathering

Responsibilities

• Interface with end-users to gather requirements
• Develop and implement GRC programs
• Perform troubleshooting on ServiceNow issues
• Support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Participate in platform upgrades and performance optimization
• Document technical solutions and workflows
• Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development
