Responsible for executing UX Strategy and delivering innovative solutions for professional services projects.

Ideal candidate has 5-10 years of UX/UI Design experience and strong understanding of ServiceNow or similar platforms.

• 5-10 years of UX/UI Design experience
• 1-3 years of Agency experience
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow or similar SaaS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to design functional user interfaces for web-based products

Responsibilities

• Execute UX Strategy
• Conduct peer reviews
• Facilitate meetings and design reviews
• Gather requirements and feedback
• Create design concepts and prototypes
• Manage Figma design system
• Conduct design QA
• Learn and share product knowledge
