• 3+ years in technical consulting
• 5+ years CRM experience
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
• Experience with GenAI prompt writing
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce or Generative AI platforms
• Ability to design business processes
• Comfortable using flow charting tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
