• Experience with HiBob preferred
• Proven automation experience
• Experience with SLAs
• Experience using Jira or similar systems

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for HR systems
• Identify automation opportunities
• Maintain support request overview
• Create documentation in Confluence
• Contribute to new process implementation
