Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Multiple Primary project
  • Coordinate care teams for patients
  • Act as liaison between Natera, patients, and healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement processes and SOPs
  • Monitor sample processing issues
  • Communicate test requirements to clients
  • Contribute to process improvement
  • Resolve customer issues
