Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Multiple Primary project
- Coordinate care teams for patients
- Act as liaison between Natera, patients, and healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement processes and SOPs
- Monitor sample processing issues
- Communicate test requirements to clients
- Contribute to process improvement
- Resolve customer issues
