FP&A Analyst

Overview

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field
• 1-5 years experience in FP&A, accounting, or business operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting and analysis for board meetings
• Support annual budget and quarterly forecast
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for revenue forecasting
• Collaborate with Accounting and Sales Ops on compensation models
• Work with HR on headcount management
• Review month-end close activities
• Prepare reporting packages for KPI and business trend analysis
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis
