Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding and implementation for new customers
  • Serve as primary project manager during implementation
  • Customize implementation plans based on customer needs
  • Coordinate provider training sessions
  • Develop and maintain implementation timelines
  • Identify and mitigate risks early
  • Work with Product and Technical teams on configurations
